We recognize that high-quality coffee begins with the happiness and dedication of farmers in the field. Through our premium payment scheme (prices above market averages), we motivate farmers to maintain selective red-cherry picking and practice sustainable agriculture.
More than 1,200 smallholder farming families across North Sumatra, Central Java, and Flores now benefit from income stability, helping to fund their children's education and improve village welfare.
