LOT-JI-2026-A – Java Ijen Grade 1
This premium-quality coffee is developed under strict supervision, hand-harvested selecting only ripe red cherries, and processed using the best methods to highlight the unique flavor profile of its origin.

Profile & Varietal Origins
This coffee is cultivated in nutrient-rich volcanic soil. The mountainous microclimate, with optimal humidity and natural shade trees, slows down the ripening of the coffee cherries, encouraging high sugar accumulation and sweetness in the beans.
Partner farmers hand-harvest the coffee cherries using selective red-cherry picking methods. Post-harvest processing is handled with hygienic traditional methods to preserve the purity of the local terroir.
Sensory & Cupping Notes
Intensity ratings based on Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) cupping protocols:
Logistics & Quality Control

Guaranteed Physical Grade Standards
Final sorting is performed manually (triple picked / hand sorted) to ensure the defect count stays below the strict thresholds of SNI Export Grade 1 and SCA Specialty Grade.
Export-Grade Protective Packaging
Coffee beans are packed in high-quality GrainPro / hermetic barrier bags inside 60kg jute bags to protect them from ocean humidity fluctuations during long container shipments.
Each green coffee bean lot is stored in dedicated, climate-controlled consolidation warehouses to maintain stable bean moisture levels.
